Did you ever see a ban screen or anything, if it had a ban messege then it was an admin messing with you, if it wasn't then my guess is one of the mods.

I don't think the ban cards always work correctly on mods and global mods. I have to look through the whole b& system and figure out the bugs that're left. I have yet to be able to reproduce the bug myself though.
