Lol ok, I will do it. Though I'm gonna need some one to make me some map characters(I'll post a template in a second), and someone that wants to make a title screen for the game(640x480)
If I get people to make those things for me I would definitely make it.

Well thats the basic character right there. Add a head, black skin, and fro and you got a nigra. Add a green head and skin and you got Anonymous. Those would be the two character sets I need right now.

As for a title screen I'm not sure. Something poolsclosed/Fantasy/Sword shit themed. AWSOME!

Yeah I could put in a shoop da whoop attack. Just a matter of drawing up that battle animations. I could put in a long cat summon attack if I wanted to. Feel free to suggest weapons and skills. The starting weapon for the nigra is a Weeaboo Katana.

B&Hammer and PermaB& Hammer are a must, Mudkip and Seaking need to be summons in addition to Longcat, HappyNegro, Pedobear and that dude that goes WRYYYYYYYYYYYYY with the steamroller, there needs to be a spell called KILL IT WITH FIRE... Ah, I just don't know, the possibilities are endless! Can you make a weapon that allows you to throw swastikas at them?

The sample nigra you posted has a fantastic suit, but is not black and his 'fro is not fro-y enough. Is that fixable in the game?
