Well, I only use MOD Detector on larger raids e.g. the 7/12 one so it saves IP changing etc. If the problem isn't sorted by then and if the worst comes to the worst
1. We can use the exsisting MOD Detector
2. Someone with a working MOD Detector will probably say Y HALO THAR MOD which will obviously alert the rest of us to a MOD presance so we won't need the MOD Detector.

It didn't pick up MOD-BabsAnne almost got ban!

Some suffestions in order of win (or in least order of fail)

1.) Selectable keys- instead of running into browser problems with keys, you can let users assignthem, support for key combo (ie. Alt + 1, ctrl + shift + F) is suggested.  You could keep the F# keys as default
2.) Variable multi-line text spam-  I know this was designed for habbo, but I have noted its use for other chat programs (ie AIM) but its a bit too fast for AIM.  You could have 1.5 seconds set as default, but allof changes either the user types in or presets if its too hard to code (ie 1 sec, 1.5 sec, 3 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec)
3.) Auto screenshot saver- not that important but a good tool to have (I have snag-it, so im good with screenshots)
4.)Add the lyrics to a rickroll, even though this can be done manually

LOLToast, consider adding something to the mod detector that'll search for MOD-*. It might cause false positives on normal users who just have names like that but hell, it'd save time.
