I had a great grandma that always gave me and my cousins two dollar bills on our birthdays and christmas.
No one would fucking take them, a bank would, but if you ever tried to buy anything your fucked.
Not even the 2 dollar prostitutes on the street corner would take them.

Actually, 2 dollar bills are still currently being produced, with the 2003 series being the latest production run.  I have not had a problem with passing them off to anyone, as they are still legal tender, and they really cannot refuse them.

Next time you go to cash a check ask for some.  They usually have about 5 or so and are more than happy to pawn them off on you, as apparently they complicate banking procedures.

It's also what's lulz about them. They're perfectly good legal tender so any business that accepts US dollarz ultimately HAS to take them (if you want to pursue the matter long enough you'll win eventually) but they're still so rarely used that retailfags get confused. If they refuse to take it, be persistent until they give in or try to kick you out.
