Every time I re-register a new character, under a new proxy or a new IP, using the default character, and not typing in the same info i put in for other characters...it still says I'm banned...

Are they just not letting anyone in who registers? I have a whole army created in waiting in reserve.

Shockwave Ban/IP ban
Delete and reinstall shockwave and change IP.
Sometimes proxies don't always protect your real ip from being banned.
