I unfortunately CAN'T come to this. I got money orders this week too, but they need to be saved, and I spent some of it. Possibly if you told me before I might've went. That's alright though. 
I expect some awesome stuff.
EDIT: AB '08 we need the pirate room, have it close to $5.00 per person for a night. It will happen if we get people from the site & others to join in.

I'm gathering a mass of people who joined due to me promoting from AB and seeing the following:
1) Who's going to Connecticon
2) Who here is helping with the panel
3) Who here is helping with the (tentative) shop
4) Who here is going to promote.
5) Who's in the hotel room with us (hence bringing down a lot in costs. >:3)
6) Shitting dick nipples.
So far, it's me, Nothing0011, The Internet, our friend Dr. Anonymous, and another friend of Nothing's.
$300 / 4 = $75 per person for hotel costs.
We're trying to get as many people in on this as possible to make as much profit as possible for future con costs, lulz, and being able to do moar at our panels. For instance, shit for props is expensive, and perishable. That means I (or now probably we-- being at least Nothing and I) have to spend our money on all of it, plus con costs. Not fun, ya know? Therefore, if we make back sum profitz from shop's closed, that means we get back our cash, or it could mean it covers a lot of our hotel costs, or it might mean we all get to dine IN HELL-- Or rather, dine at a kfc/taco bell/pizza hut combo restaurant.
So yeah... that's the main purpose. Anyone have good ideas of shit we can sell? |

We could auction off the stuffed longcat(i know you said you wanted it signed by a lot of people) I made for the panel. Or I could make more longcats. I have enough fabric for another 2 longcats. 75% of con people always have 500+ bucks. Proceeds can go to the AB '08 panel for new props.
I'm willing to help with the panel. I can start promoting now around the area where I live since Hartford is a 20 minute drive. I'd room with you guys, but I'm fucking broke as well, so I'll waste gas. |

Make two longcats, paint one black, give it the typical tacgnol glowing yellow eyes. It'll be full of win.
I was going to say make a raffle, but that idea might massive fail. |
